Day 6 and 7

Yesterday was a complete rest day mostly by accident. I was doing pretty good diet wise till i had pizza as my last meal. With no workouts yesterday has been my worst day so far with today coming in second.

Today was almost a no workout but I got some last minute motivation and did a 30 min workout with maya. It felt good actually being there and I felt more energized once I started. Between yesterday and today I am super tired and need some much needed sleep. Diet wise today was a binge day with soraboh, frosted flakes, nectarines, graham crackers, salami, and snapple. Yuck. I felt like throwing up earlier having consumed all that. I feel better and tomorrow I plan to eat better and do more exercise. To reach 113 by thurday I have to hydrate more and also exercise more keeping away from foods that will make me bloated. I know I can do it.

I have to push myself and I will succeed. I also have some extra motivation to make my goal weight in the form of meeting up with an old friend. Can't look like a disgusting cow when I see him now can I.
