DAY 3,4,5

So as a quick recap. day three went well, easy day and just generally relaxing workout wise. Diet wise was pretty good t00

Day 4 was an okay day. I feel like I just ate too much and was over my daily limit a bit. I was able to do both workouts and mom found the weights which was nice. I couldn't wait to start incorporating them as 1lb weights weren't doing it anymore. I had generally a good diet for the day and didn't go too over board.

Day 5 has so far been the worse. I didn't get in jillian 30 day and was able to just fit in yourself. I was pretty active throughout the day but not nearly enough to burn all the calories I consumed at dinner. Brian and I had gone to olive garden and I just completely binged. I ate really badly and now I know I have to make up for it big time this week.

My next weigh in is on Thursday and I really hope to be 113. I want to have lost 2lbs. My goal is to be around 108 by the BBQ and to get there I have to lose 7lbs, 3.5 pounds each week. That's really daunting but i'm determined to at least make it to 110 which I believe is completely doable. Well i have my goals in mind and to get their I need to eat around 1,000 calories. No more than 1200 net.

Sunday may also be the start of using turbo jam. I tired it before and nearly died during a workout it was so intense. Its good cardio and hopefully will help me blast the last little bit of fat from my tummy. My plan for turbo jam is to alternate between fat blaster and cardio party every day replacing jillian in the morning.
