Day 1 and Day 2

Day 1 is over and day 2 is almost there. Yesterday was a little bad as I binged on apple pie and a peanut covered caramel apple. I went way over my daily calorie goal so to even it out just a little I did a short 15 min workout. It didn't really put a dent in the calories but I felt much better after .I felt fat and the workout did help.

As expected with such late night snacking I had a rather unrestful sleep coinciding with Belle waking me up extra early to feed her. My dream was strange too or the one I remember. Bobby and I finally meet up again and once more I'm sort of caught in a lie this time about me driving. Instead of me being driver, Dylan had already gotten his license and was playing mini chaffuer for us. It was weird. Since I was already up and I couldn't fall back asleep I stayed awake and grabbed a small breakfast of a banana and water. Then after about 15min I started Jillians Dvd.

Maybe it was because I was tired, maybe I just wasn't pushing myself yesterday as I had today but whatever it was I sure was working hard. I thought it was going to be pretty light and easy for me but I was wrong. She really whooped me today and although I wasn't terribly sore or tired after I was sweating like a mad woman during. So far I really like Jillians style. She is good at motivating me and the little things she says helps to make the time fly by. I think I might get her other dvds if I continue to like this one. Afterwards I did the seventeen workout just doing two sets of each moves. They are nice add ons but as a whole the plan is a little light. I'm glad i'm following jillian and yf or I wouldn't be seeing results with that. What I like about the program is that it's aimed at more beginners and those just starting to workout. Its easy to start and doesn't immediately kick your ass to the point where you want to quick or stop.

I had my doctors appointment where I got a nice surprise. I had my weigh in and found out I weighed only 115. OH YEA. SO HAPPY. I knew I was seeing results. It was nice seeing a number I don't think I've seen in maybe a year. I feel my body getting stronger and toning up. I can feel abs. WOOOOOOO. It totally made my day.

I walked pluto for about 40 min today too. Nice easy walk and would have walked longer had pluto let me. Wasn't feeling too sore but could definitely feel my leg muscles working.

I just ended day two with a 30 min workout with maya and look forward to tomorrows YF restday. Tomorrow is also my restday with seventeen, although i might throw in their ab movements. Day three looks to be an easy day.

Hopefully no more late night snacking tonight and a more restful sleep.
